Role Description
Role Description
The Country Manager, USA will lead Arcanor’s business operations and growth initiatives in the United States, with primary location in New York, NY in a hybrid work arrangement that combines in-office and work-from-home flexibility. This full-time role includes developing and executing market entry and expansion strategies, building and maintaining relationships with key clients and partners, and identifying new business opportunities in the mobility data and analytics ecosystem. The Country Manager, USA will oversee local sales and business development activities, coordinate with global teams on product positioning, and ensure that Arcanor’s solutions align with regulatory, commercial, and customer needs in the US market. This role will also monitor market trends, analyze performance metrics, manage budgets, and represent Arcanor at industry events and meetings to strengthen brand presence and partnership networks.

-Proven experience in country management, general management, or senior leadership roles, with responsibility for market growth and P&L in the US.
-Background in data analytics, mobility, technology, or related industries, with strong understanding of how data-driven insights support strategic decisions.
-Demonstrated ability in business development, sales strategy, and account management, including building and sustaining long-term client and partner relationships.
-Skills in market analysis, forecasting, and strategic planning, including the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable commercial initiatives.
-Strong leadership, team-building, and cross-functional collaboration capabilities, with experience coordinating with global and multicultural teams.
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, including the ability to represent the company externally with executives and stakeholders.
-Comfort working in a hybrid environment based in New York, NY, with the flexibility to attend in-person meetings, business travel, and remote work as needed.
-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or similar) is beneficial.
-Knowledge of privacy, compliance, or regulatory considerations related to mobility and anonymized data is an advantage.
